Will my health insurance cover Dietitian-Nutritionist services?

Many providers cover dietitian services, check your extended benefits! You can always make a request to your insurance if you do not find that it is covered. If it is not covered, my services are also tax-deductible.

Do You Direct Bill?

No, I am not fully set up to direct bill at this moment. 
You will be given receipts to submit to your health insurance to get reimbursed.

What is Your Cancellation or No Show Fee?

I require 48 hours by phone notice for cancellations or changing appointments. As a small business, our appointment times are extremely valuable for the financial health of the company and missed appointments or late cancellations can hurt the company.
If you miss an appointment or cancel late, we will charge your credit card at 50% of the appointment fee.

Why do I have to pay for appointments or packages ahead of time?

When you purchase a package, you are setting yourself up for success and investing in your health & lifestyle goals. Remember that lifestyle changes often require more support and follow-up for long-term success. As an added bonus, follow-ups are cheaper if you purchase packages.

Do I need a doctor's referral to see you?

Not at all! Anyone can benefit from seeing a dietitian, regardless of health conditions. You may be asked to sign a form that would allow your Nutritionist and Doctor to communicate about improving your health.

How do I know if we are a good fit or not?

Before any initial assessment, you and your Nutritionist will have a free 45-minute Discovery Call where you can ask questions about how I can guide your health or performance journey.

Where are you located?

My office is located in Cobblestone, Grande Prairie; however, I only see clients by appointment. We can also provide online nutrition counselling all across Canada as our team of Nutritionists are Registered in Alberta & British Columbia.
