This 12-week online nutrition program led by a Registered Dietitian will give you the tools and support you need to ditch the diets for good. You'll get weekly coaching calls with like-minded women, action items to practice new habits, access to a private group chat for extra support and accountability, and options to add 1-on-1 appointments with our Registered Dietitians or metabolic testing. It is also flexible so you can catch replays if you miss the live call.

What is your guarantee?
I cannot guarantee results, as your success lies in your hands and within your own actions, but I guarantee that I will be guiding you every step of the way! I can give you all of the tools and guidance in the world, but if you’re not willing to put in the work and be consistent, then the plan won’t work. This is 50% me, 50% you.
Will this program help me lose weight?
I also cannot guarantee weight loss in this program. Many of my clients have lost weight using the Edge Nutrition system; however, the main goal of this program is to develop consistent habits, feel more in control around food, free up mental space, and boost your energy levels.
Will I have access to a coach for support?
You will receive personalized feedback on live group coaching calls and within the community in both programs.
