Finding the way to your goal health and nutrition levels is H A R D. Fad diets are everywhere and yo-yo-ing from one to the next is exhausting and draining, and it makes it that much harder to get up and start again.

It’s a long journey, and lots of folks are scared to get back into trying to figure it out because of past experiences.

The reason it’s so hard is because… it’s your sweet spot. No one else’s. It takes a lot of effort, and trial and error, to own it!

You are not alone! A lot of my clients have tried every diet and are overwhelmed with the amount of conflicting info out there. That makes it way harder to try and find a place to start or to take the first step down the long road.

Some of my clients were not even sure HOW to start without being on a restrictive diet. And, they were nervous to try another program before they started my program!

If this sounds like you, try answering these questions:

  • What would you do if you had more mental energy, brain space, and time to spend on anything other than food?

  • What would it feel like to worry less about whether the choices you are making are "good" or "bad"?

  • Is there anything that has been delayed or held back because you were so focused on food rules or the next best diet?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If the program or plan you previously followed did NOT help you get closer to the answers you just listed, maybe it wasn't the plan for you (and that’s OK!).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s not that you didn't work hard, it just wasn't the right fit! The difficulty of finding the thing/plan/activities/etc that is your sweet spot can not be said enough!

If you’re struggling and you feel like it’s not really worth the hassle to try again, don’t hesitate to reach out to me! Your first consultation is free, and you can learn more about what to expect here: What to Expect.
