What to expect when seeing a Dietitian? You should expect that the Dietitian should help you find your health and nutrition sweet spot!
Finding the way to your goal health and nutrition levels is H A R D. Fad diets are everywhere and yo-yo-ing from one to the next is exhausting and draining, and it makes it that much harder to get up and start again.
It’s a long journey, and lots of folks are scared to get back into trying to figure it out because of past experiences.
The reason it’s so hard is because… it’s your sweet spot. No one else’s. It takes a lot of effort, and trial and error, to own it!
You are not alone! A lot of my clients have tried every diet and are overwhelmed with the amount of conflicting info out there. That makes it way harder to try and find a place to start or to take the first step down the long road.
Some of my clients were not even sure HOW to start without being on a restrictive diet. And, they were nervous to try another program before they started my program!
